### 1. 🌐什么是科学上网

**科学上网（Bypassing Internet Censorship）** 指的是使用某些网络技术，绕过网络审查或访问限制，从而访问原本无法直接访问的网站或服务。

它本质上是一种**网络连接方式**，并不意味着违法行为；很多教程也强调应遵守当地法律法规

### 2.🚫为什么科学上网

> 根据搜索结果，中国大陆对部分国际网站做了访问限制，包括但不限于：
